HAp coated porous metal implants by 3D printing

付加製造法およびPEOコーティングによる多孔質インプラントの作製

The recent advances in manufacturing such as selective laser melting have allowed the fabrication of complex geometries and lightweight 3D components. Lattice structure serves as an alternative design to existing implants by reducing the stiffness thereupon eliminate the stress-shielding effect whilst improving osseointegration process. We investigate the compressive properties of porous scaffolds and compressive fracture behavior of calcium phosphate coated lattice scaffolds by PEO technique.
